DaVita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in an outpatient dialysis setting. In this key role, you'll manage clinical operations, support your team, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical care for ESRD patients, including lab tracking, vitals, and treatment planning
  • Supervise and support nursing and patient care staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Provide direct patient care as needed

Qualifications:
