A Clinical Medical Assistant Externship is a supervised, hands-on training experience that allows students to apply the skills and knowledge they've learned in the classroom to a real healthcare setting. During the externship, students work alongside experienced medical professionals in clinics, hospitals, or medical offices, performing tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, and interacting with patients.
