Job description

Job Title: Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician
Job Type: Contract
Job Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Job Description:
  • Follows established QA/QC policies and procedures. Operates, calibrates.
Education/Experience:
  • Medical Technologist - Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related
science and successful completion of an approved Medical Technology internship
program, OR.
  • Medical Laboratory Technician - Associate degree from an accredited
School of Clinical Laboratory Sciences and completion of an approved clinical
laboratory internship. Certification/Licensure.
  • Certified as an MT/MLS or MLT by one of the National Commission of Health
Certifying Agencies or by an agency recognized by the Hawaii Department of
Health Laboratories Branch.
  • State license as a Technologist or Technician.
Certifications/Requirements:
  • ASCP
  • AMT
Shift:
  • Must be available Sunday through Saturday from 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, including rotating weekends. Must be flexible to meet with operational needs.
