How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Strategic Vision & Team Leadership: Drive the overarching strategy for the Clinical Informatics department, cultivating a high-performance culture of ownership and proactive problem-solving across diverse hospital settings and geographical regions.

  • Interdisciplinary Clinical Alignment: Orchestrate seamless collaboration between technical, clinical, and operational teams to ensure that technology deployments prioritize workflow efficiency, standardized practices, and enhanced patient safety.

  • Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Influence: Serve as the primary technology liaison and trusted advisor to market leadership, leveraging expert negotiation and relational diplomacy to align complex IT interests with local clinical needs.

  • Operational Oversight & Innovation: Manage high-level project escalations and routine operations while utilizing data analytics and emerging industry trends to continuously optimize technology adoption and organizational value.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. 
What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience and at least 5 years of leadership/management preferred
  • Experience with Epic EHR 
  • Clinical Hospital Experience
