Where Operations, People, and Patient Care Meet

You've built your technical foundation. Now step into leadership-where you guide the work, the team, and the outcomes that hospitals rely on.

What You'll Do

• Run the day-to-day: align staffing, priorities, and resources so service never slips.
• Lead a team that delivers: coach technicians, guide performance, and build accountability.
• Turn insight into action: use KPIs and data to fix inefficiencies and improve operations.
• Be the partner hospitals trust: solve problems, manage vendors, and ensure readiness for every inspection.

What You Need

• 2+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required)
• Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred)
• Associate degree or equivalent experience (required); technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor's a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $76,000-120,000for this opportunity.This is the reasonable estimate that TRIMEDX believes it mightpayfor this particular job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. TRIMEDX may ultimatelypaymore or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience and qualifications.
