[Job Summary]

The Local Business Development Manager will lead customer-facing operations including sales prep., sales, market field research, business development, and ongoing account management for U.S. healthcare providers, strategic partners and any relevant business stakeholders. This role requires strong relationship-building capabilities, experience in healthcare technology sales, and the ability to represent company's value proposition to stakeholders ranging from clinicians to executives.

[Job Description]

- To manage sales and marketing prep. - market field research in sector medical SaaS / SaMD.

- Continuous research for CMS (Medicare, Medicaid and relevant public stakeholders (e.g. Federal Supply Schedule)

- Drive lead pipeline development for hospitals, health systems, and partners.

- Conduct product demonstrations, customer presentations, and proposal development.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.

- Support onboarding, implementation planning, and ongoing customer success initiatives.

- Identify upsell opportunities and customer expansion strategies.

- Collaborate closely with HQ teams on pricing, product updates, and customer feedback.

- Usual business reporting to HQ

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development?preferably in healthcare or medical SaaS / SaMD or any service platform business.

- Natively need to have communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Understanding of healthcare procurement cycles, clinical workflows and CMS perspective is a plus.

- Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or digital health buyers strongly preferred.

- Bilingual fluency (English/Korean) is a advantage.

- Experience in start-up or early-stage commercialization environments preferred.
