Who you are:
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing Risk Management Framework (RMF) efforts within a government environment. This role ensures the successful achievement of Authorization to Operate (ATO) for government client systems, focusing on IT risk and cybersecurity compliance, while implementing ITIL/ITSM frameworks.

What you do:

  • Lead RMF efforts and achieve ATO for government client systems.
  • Oversee IT risk and cybersecurity compliance, managing risk across multiple stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage ITIL/ITSM frameworks with a focus on risk and security management.
  • Manage the end-to-end RMF process from system categorization to continuous monitoring.
  • Utilize Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) to document the RMF process.
  • Create and enforce compliance with ITIL 4 frameworks, aligning with ISO 20000-1:2018.
  • Apply expert knowledge in NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, and DoDI 8510.01.
  • Implement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and use SCAP tools.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive RMF packages, including SSP, SAR, and POA&M.
  • Manage the vulnerability management lifecycle using tools like ACAS/Nessus.

What you need:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role in a government environment.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of direct, hands-on experience leading RMF efforts.
  • Experience in IT risk and cybersecurity compliance, including RMF activities.
  • Proficiency in implementing ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
  • Experience leading end-to-end RMF processes across multiple systems.
  • Proficient in using eMASS for RMF documentation.
  • Expert knowledge of NIST and DoD guidelines and directives.
  • Experience with STIGs and SCAP tools.
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability management tools and processes.
  • Active Secret or higher clearance.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
