TD Private Trust, part of TD Wealth Private Wealth Management,providesa full range of trust services to clients, including individuals, corporations, First Nations, Metis, Inuit, and charitable entities. Our focus is on long-term relationship building, the protection of assets, and the responsible administration and management of financial plans.

We are seeking aPrivate Client Services Associate- Indigenous Trust Services (ITS) who willprovide supportin trust administration,assistingthe team indelivering a legendary client experience while managing trust accounts for Indigenous clients. The successful candidate will work alongsideTrust Officers in theIndigenous Trust Services team on complex accounts and contribute to a fast-growing and rewarding environment.

Are you revered for your attention to detail and seamless service delivery to both client and your relationship manager? If so, then this can beperfectfor you. As PrivateTrust Client Service Associate, you will provide consistent administrative,analyticaland service support to ourITSTrust Officers and Private Trust Manager. Just as importantly, you will serve as a secondary contact for the clients of these relationship managers.

In addition, you will:

  • Support a designated relationship manager in meeting service commitments to Private TrustITSclients through highly personable communication and correspondence

  • Maintain client profile and account-specific documents as well as client contact routines for all clients and in support of client relationship managers

  • Ensureaccurate,organizedand efficient service to external clients and internal colleagues and contacts reflectingTD's industry-leadinghigh standardsand guiding principles

  • Efficiently handle and promptly respond to all incoming calls,questionsand requests and / or direct to theappropriate personor area

  • Support the Private TrustITSbusiness by continually improving professional knowledge and keeping current on trends and developments,toolsand techniques

  • Work autonomously and provide specialized skills andexpertisein a moderate to high complexity environment; work may involve cross-functional team collaboration

  • Contribute to the success of the team by willinglyassistingothers in the completion and performance of work activities; keep others informed and up to date

JobRequirements :

  • Undergraduate degree

  • Working towards or completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)

  • Working towardsorfulfillment of TEP (Trust & Estate Practitioner) is an asset

  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to work collaboratively,confidentiallyand independently, follow instructions/direction, and build relationships
