At Animal Wellness Center, we're dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care for pets and the people who love them. Our close-knit team takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel cared for and every patient receives exceptional attention.
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service-focused Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering an exceptional client experience while helping support the day-to-day success of a collaborative front desk team.
While this is not a formal leadership position, candidates with experience mentoring teammates, coordinating schedules, or helping improve front desk operations are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience for every patient and pet owner.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
Client Service Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Obtain and document accurate patient histories
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Verify vaccination status and required testing
  • Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with doctors and technical staff
  • Prepare prescriptions, diets, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian
  • Maintain accurate medical records and client information
  • Support daily hospital operations to ensure a seamless client experience

Opportunities to Support the Team
For candidates with previous experience, there may be opportunities to assist with:
