MissionHires is seeking a Client Success Manager (Medical Devices) to own end‑to‑end provider success for OMNIWave devices and GAINSWave memberships. You’ll be the primary relationship manager for medical practices—driving onboarding, retention, upsells, testimonials, and referrals—while maintaining meticulous CRM tracking and delivering white‑glove support. Ideal for a detail‑obsessed, KPI‑driven communicator who can thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment and flex for weekend events.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for medical providers and clinic teams, building deep, long‑term relationships
  • Lead onboarding through the first 90 days and beyond to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Drive retention and growth by helping clinics maximize ROI and outcomes
  • Promote engagement in trainings, webinars, events, and testimonial opportunities
  • Identify and execute cross‑sell, upsell, upgrade, and referral opportunities
  • Track activities, KPIs, notes, and client progress in HubSpot CRM
