Position Overview:  Kelley Kronenberg's Commercial Litigation team is expanding, and we're looking for ambitious attorneys to join us. Our team handles a diverse range of commercial litigation matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial litigation team through all phases of legal proceedings, from initial filings to trial.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents for commercial transactions and business formations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and writing on various commercial matters.
  • Work closely with clients to provide clear and practical legal advice, ensuring excellent client service and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members on business development initiatives to grow client accounts.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing Attorney. 
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar (must be a member in good standing).

  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
