Job Summary:

As a pivotal figure at Rocket55, the Client Success Manager is the cornerstone of client satisfaction and success. This role leads and manages client relationships and oversees the implementation of all digital marketing initiatives. Rocket55 Client Success Managers focus on delivering world-class customer service and thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments. The Client Success Manager will coordinate with project managers, the Account Strategy Lead, and the broader production team to deliver for our clients. They expertly translate business needs into impactful digital marketing strategies, meticulously tracking and reporting on the progress and effectiveness of these initiatives. It's a role suited for visionary leaders who are passionate about making a difference, driving client success, and contributing to the dynamic synergy of our agency.



Responsibilities:


Client Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Maintains regular communication with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback
  • Builds and nurtures long-term relationships with clients
  • Handles client queries and resolves issues promptly
  • Identifies opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to existing clients


Project Management And Coordination:

  • Oversees the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinates with various internal teams (such as SEO, PPC, content, social media, design, and project management teams) to ensure campaign success
  • Collaborates with the project management team to monitor project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Manages budgets and works with project management teams to allocate resources effectively


Performance Analysis And Reporting:

  • Monitors and analyzes the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Uses analytics tools to track campaign success and ROI
  • Prepares and presents regular reports (in collaboration with strategy leads and service strategists) to clients on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement


Internal Collaboration And Communication:

  • Works closely with creative, technical, and strategic teams to ensure that client needs are understood and met

Requirements:

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • 2 - 4 years of experience as an account manager within an advertising/marketing agency

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $79,000 - depending on experience and qualifications.
