As a Client Services Manager (CSM), you will bring your skills and experiences to balance growth leadership with oversight of quality, risk, and profitability. You will collaborate closely with our technical leaders, project managers, and marketing team to shape our growth strategy. The CSM role serves as a strategic account leader responsible for defining and executing multi-year growth strategies for priority clients, strengthening executive-level relationships, aligning enterprise resources and multidisciplinary teams around a shared client vision, and leveraging client and market intelligence to position BC as a trusted advisor. This highly respected role drives meaningful revenue growth across service lines and markets through successful leadership of Client Service Teams (CSTs), pursuit of complex opportunities, delivery of high-quality and profitable programs, effective portfolio management, and the cultivation of long-term enterprise relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead enterprise-level growth strategies for clients.
  • Shape client business case across multiple service lines and geographies.
  • Drive expansion into adjacent services and new markets.
  • Lead large, complex portfolios with significant revenue and risk exposure.
  • Balance growth, margin, retention, and service diversification.
  • Partner with executive leadership to calibrate strategic account performance.
  • Lead mature, multi-disciplinary CSTs with enterprise visibility.
  • Align Area, Market, and Service Line leadership around unified client strategy.
  • Develop next-generation CSM talent through active coaching and sponsorship.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships across the client organization.
  • Anticipate shifts in political, regulatory, and funding environments.
  • Position BC as a strategic advisor beyond project delivery.
  • Serve as Sales Leader for major strategic pursuits.

Experience
  • Typically, a minimum of 15 years of experience in environmental engineering and consulting industry with progressive responsibilities including marketing and business development.
Preferred Experience
  • Professional Engineer registration in the State of Texas.
  • Prior experience in consulting and engineering services in the water/wastewater sector with progressive responsibilities including business development and project delivery for wastewater treatment, collections, water treatment, and/or water distribution.
Education
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, sales, or equivalent experience is required.
Salary Range:

Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and maybemore or lessdependingupon skills, experience,and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Location A: $144,000 - $196,000
Location B: $158,000 - $216,000
