This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
  • 1.Manages internal projects Budget as detailed in Impact section Very large/ complex/ multiple regions or global. Typically includes definition of strategy to achieve the sponsors’ vision of an end-state transformation High/ very highrisk.
  • 2.Manages project financials including business impact Meets or exceeds approved budgets. Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.
  • 3.Manages stakeholder relationships Manages complex multi- function and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.
  • 4. Manages project team Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally greater than 20 people from multiple regions. Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors. Mentors others providing a role model and support for individual development.
Education and Experience:

Advanced University degree. 10+ years in like in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key Services’ operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to projectmanagement.
  • Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.
  • Recognized as a leader in the Services PM Profession community.
  • PMP Certified.
Impact/Scope:
  • Contributions have major impact on the company's business (Cost, Efficiency, TCE) generally $7- 20M and/or internalproject budget over $5M. Typically involves high degree of transformation, (e.g., mergers, divestitures & acquisitions). Impact is evidenced by multiple contributions over time and performance demonstrates sustained level of contribution.
Complexity:

Successfully operates in complex disciplines in which the company must operate to be successful. Impact is evidenced bymultiple contributions over time and performance demonstrates sustained level of contribution. Manages projects affecting more than three organizations or the enterprise. Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi- function projects. Project may be global Manages projects usually requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meetstakeholder deadlines.

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.

  • United States of America: Annual Salary USD 126,000 - 239,000 in Colorado // 119,500 - 275,000 in Texas
