We are seeking a Client Relationship Advisor to manage and grow relationships within ACBB's established New England client portfolio. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to community bank clients, identify opportunities to expand product and service utilization, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This position requires regular travel throughout New England, including onsite client meetings, relationship reviews, and industry events. You'll work closely with Sales, Client Care, Operations, Product Management, and Onboarding teams to strengthen client relationships and support ACBB's continued growth.

What You'll Do:
As a key member of the Sales and Client Relationships team, you will develop trusted client partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and support the delivery of solutions that help drive client success and organizational growth.
Portfolio Business Development & Sales Execution
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio by identifying opportunities to expand ACBB products and services.
  • Develop and present solutions that address client needs and demonstrate ACBB's value proposition.
  • Manage sales pipeline activity and maintain accurate client and opportunity information within Salesforce.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts.
  • Support the sales process from initial opportunity through implementation and ongoing relationship management.

Client Engagement, Relationship Management & Retention
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of community bank clients throughout New England.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Conduct strategic conversations with executive and senior-level client contacts to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Drive client retention and long-term relationship growth through regular communication and relationship reviews.
  • Travel throughout the New England region to meet with clients and strengthen partnership opportunities.

Client Onboarding & Post-Sale Support
  • Partner with Onboarding and internal teams to ensure a seamless client implementation experience.
  • Communicate client requirements, facilitate issue resolution, and support project milestones.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, identify potential challenges, and coordinate timely follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
What You'll Bring:
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
Experience: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, business development, account management, treasury management, correspondent banking, or a related financial services role. Demonstrated success in building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and managing client portfolios required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education, professional training, and directly related experience may be considered.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Pay Range: $90,000 to $130,000 annually
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
