Job Summary
The Client Services Manager serves as the strategic and operational bridge between external Agency and Dealership partners and internal cross-functional teams. This role drives successful partner onboarding, full-lifecycle contract administration, and proactive account management. Acting as a central liaison, the Client Services Manager ensures operational efficiency, rigorous compliance, and sustained revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities and maintaining high partner retention.
Primary Job Functions
  • Serve as the primary operational partner contact to deliver premium, high-touch support, conduct strategic account reviews, and ensure performance aligns with target revenue goals

  • Partner with sales teams to leverage account performance analytics, identifying expansion opportunities and driving initiatives to boost product penetration.

  • Lead cross-functional implementation and onboarding for new partners, establishing workflows and training programs that accelerate time-to-value.

  • Coordinate with external partners, internal business units, and leadership to resolve complex escalations, optimize processes, and ensure precise project execution.

  • Track and report on account health, contract status, and onboarding KPIs to maximize operational efficiency and long-term partner retention.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 4 - 7 years' experience in account management, client success or relationship management
  • Dealership experience in BDC Center or F&I is preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required OR Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field
