Job description

Are you a creative and operational leader who enjoys solving problems, supporting teams, and helping clients receive high-quality work on time? Do you strive for "Excellence in Everything" while keeping teams focused, priorities clear, and creative work moving?

Join Sinclair, Inc. and the Agile Creative Content Engagement Team (ACCET) as a Client Services Manager based in our Asheville, NC TV station group. This role manages day-to-day execution across multiple markets, supports Content Creators, coordinates workflow, and ensures client work is delivered efficiently, accurately, and at a high creative standard.

This is also a hands-on creative leadership role. The right candidate can balance people leadership, client service, creative quality, production needs, and operational discipline while stepping into the work when needed - writing, producing, shooting, editing, reviewing creative, or helping bring a priority project across the finish line. The role may also help manage large multi-market, regional, or national productions requiring clear communication, scalable workflow, and disciplined execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an ACCET Client Services Manager, you will oversee creative execution for multiple assigned markets while removing roadblocks and maintaining consistent market-level performance.

Lead Market-Level and Multi-Market Execution

 Manage daily workflow and creative priorities across assigned markets from intake through final delivery.

 Monitor deadlines, project status, workload, approvals, resource needs, quality expectations, and air-ready timelines.

 Review project requests for completeness, accuracy, required assets, timeline needs, and production feasibility before work begins.

 Identify delays, production challenges, or workflow issues and help resolve them quickly.

 Help coordinate large multi-market, regional, or national productions requiring alignment across teams, markets, stakeholders, and production resources.

 Use Adobe Workfront and other Sinclair systems to track assignments, manage workflow, improve efficiency, and maintain operational consistency.

Provide Creative Leadership and Hands-On Production Support

 Lead creative campaigns for local, regional, and national clients, ensuring each project supports strategic, brand, and production goals.

 Provide clear, constructive creative feedback to Content Creators from concept through final delivery.

 Maintain high standards for storytelling, visual quality, brand consistency, pacing, graphics, audio, and overall production value.

 Jump in when business needs require it by writing, producing, shooting, editing, reviewing creative, or helping finalize priority deliverables.

 Translate client and market needs into clear creative direction that teams can execute effectively.

Support, Develop, and Align Teams

 Lead, coach, and support assigned Content Creators, Senior Content Creators, and other creative production team members.

 Conduct regular check-ins to review assignments, priorities, performance, and development opportunities.

 Partner with Marketing Consultants, Sales Management, General Managers, Project Managers, Client Services Strategists, clients, and other stakeholders.

 Participate in client meetings, campaign discovery, creative presentations, and production planning discussions as needed.

 Promote training, knowledge sharing, accountability, and a solutions-focused team culture while helping reduce redundancy and improve process consistency.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 Strong leadership, communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

 3-5+ years of experience in commercial production, broadcast television, creative services, video production, post-production, advertising, agency work, or a related field preferred.

 Experience leading creative teams or managing high-volume production workflows across multiple projects or markets.

 Ability to write, produce, shoot, and edit compelling commercial, branded, digital, or promotional content when business needs require it.

 Strong understanding of video production workflows, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, graphics, audio, client approvals, and final delivery.

 Experience working directly with Sales teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.

 Strong creative judgment and the ability to provide clear, constructive direction.

 Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, or similar production tools preferred.

 Familiarity with digital video, social media content, OTT/CTV advertising, branded content, and multi-platform campaign production preferred.

 Comfort working in project management systems; Adobe Workfront experience is a plus.

 Ability to lift, carry, and move production equipment as needed; valid driver license and good driving record may be required for production-related needs.

 A proactive mindset focused on efficiency, collaboration, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

WORKING HOURS AND TRAVEL

 Typical schedule is Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

 Schedule flexibility may be required based on production needs, client deliverables, station events, regional or national productions, or other time-sensitive projects.

 Some longer days, nights, weekends, or holidays may be required based on business needs.

 Travel may be required but is expected to be infrequent.
