As a Private Client Service Manager at Gallagher, you’ll be the trusted advisor for High Net Worth individuals, managing their personal insurance programs and ensuring their unique needs are met with precision and care. Reporting to the Private Client Service Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding their lifestyles, growing relationships, and driving new business opportunities.


How you'll make an impact
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture relationships with High Net Worth clients, providing proactive, high-quality service that anticipates their needs.
    • Conduct annual reviews of insurance programs to ensure clients are fully protected and recommend enhancements based on their evolving risk profiles.

    Revenue Growth:

    • Counsel clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases to address their unique exposures.
    • Actively seek referrals from existing clients and centers of influence to generate new business opportunities.

    Leadership in Insurance Strategy:

    • Take charge of the renewal process, ensuring timely delivery of the best solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
    • Collaborate with Producers and lead the design, marketing, and service strategy for client insurance programs.

    Market Expertise:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with carriers, leveraging your knowledge to secure the best coverage options for clients.
    • Stay informed about market trends and know which carriers are best suited for specific risks.

    Team Development:

    • Coach and mentor Client Service Managers and Associates, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Ensure accurate client and policy data is maintained within Gallagher systems.
    • Execute best practices and leverage shared services to maximize efficiency.
    • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with service standards and timelines.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
