Client Services Associate

A premier investment firm is seeking a high-energy, logistics-obsessed Associate to serve as the operational heart of our Client Service team. In this high-visibility role, you aren't just providing support; you are the "connective tissue" ensuring our world-class clients receive an unparalleled experience. You will field, coordinate, and execute everything moving in and out of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Location: Westport, CT (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote). Compensation & Benefits: $135,000 – $200,000 (Includes base salary + discretionary target bonus) plus exceptional benefits package

What You'll Do
  • Drive Operations: Partner with Senior Client Advisors to translate business goals into an organized operational cadence.
  • Project Management: Orchestrate logistics for client events, global travel, and high-level presentations from concept to execution.
  • Client Interface: Serve as the first point of contact for sophisticated global institutional investors, handling inquiries with extreme professionalism.
  • Synthesize & Synchronize: Distill complex information for senior leaders, manage CRM data, and ensure the team is fully prepped for every interaction.
  • Problem Solve: Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and turn ambiguity into action.
