We currently have an opportunity for a Client Services Associate to join our Commercial Lines team in our Wilmington, MA office on a Hybrid work schedule.
  • SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Works closely with Account Managers and Client Executives/Producers on pre-renewal processes, capturing pre-renewal information, and assembling complete renewal submissions.
  • Completes pre-work for Critical Path and participates in strategy meetings for a high-level view of client accounts while developing skills needed for successful account management.
  • Collaborates with the Account Management Team on service strategies, aligning clients' business needs and ensuring insurance objectives are met with the highest service standards.
  • Updates and maintains agency management systems as per HUB service workflow procedures; performs policy checking for accuracy on all renewal, endorsement, audit, and cancellation transactions and inputs true policy and form details in the agency management system.
  • Creates summaries of insurance on existing client accounts and templates for new and renewal business by excerpt of quoted coverages, exclusions, and endorsement terms offered by carrier.
  • Obtains loss run data from carriers and assists with developing and maintaining loss analysis worksheets.
  • Client services may also include updating Acord applications and exposure schedules, preparing MA RMV forms needed for vehicle registration transactions, issuing evidence of property and certificates of liability from master templates, and monitoring emails for the account management team.
  • Maintains various internal resources, staying current on industry news, trends, and trade publications to identify growth opportunities and offer top-tier HUB agency services.
  • Conducts business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager/Team Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Related insurance support experience in commercial lines account management.
  • Producer's license or ability to obtain license within six months of hire.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks with focused attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to problem solve and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

The expected salary range for this position is $20.44/hr to $30.77/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
