As our new Client Services Coordinator, you will be the welcoming voice and the organizational backbone for clients, ensuring their journey with Sippel Law is seamless, supportive, and perfectly executed. You'll step into a vital role, backfilling a team member who has been promoted, and become an indispensable part of the client experience, directly supporting our marketing efforts and the entire client lifecycle.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Client Welcome & First Impressions: You'll be the first point of contact for new inquiries, gracefully guiding potential clients through initial conversations and scheduling their crucial planning sessions.
  • Operational Flow & Precision: You will manage the meticulous details of client engagements, from reviewing outgoing mail to ensuring all documents are accurately scanned and calendared.
  • Client Communication Hub: You'll ensure every client interaction, whether by phone or message, is handled promptly and professionally, fostering trust and clarity.
  • Meeting Preparation & Execution: You will prepare for client signing meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are ready and post-meeting scanning is completed with zero errors.
  • Marketing Support Integration: You will assist our marketing director by ensuring timely and effective follow-up with attendees from our educational events, turning interest into action.
  • System Integrity & Accuracy: You'll maintain the integrity of the client management systems, ensuring all information is current and accessible for the team.
