Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Services Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role handles front desk operations, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and completing administrative tasks accurately while maintaining client confidentiality. The CSR supports smooth clinic operations, collaborates with team members, and upholds the company's core values of integrity, teamwork, respect, compassion, and accountability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain a professional image of the company through respectful and effective communication with clients, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Answer, screen, and direct a high volume of incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Greet clients, check them in, and notify appropriate staff of arrivals.
  • Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments following established procedures.
  • Accurately verify and enter insurance and client information, perform administrative tasks, and audit incoming paperwork and own work for errors to ensure accuracy and proper organization.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and company privacy policies.
  • Accurately handle cash drawer and financial transactions.
  • Conduct client urinary drug screenings and assist with vital signs as needed.
  • Support clinic operations, including providing front desk coverage and traveling to other locations when needed.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently and collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall clinic operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to operate office equipment, including printers and copiers.
  • Typing skills sufficient for accurate and efficient work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / EXPECTATIONS:
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
