The Client Service Worker plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to enhance their quality of life. This position involves transporting clients, coaching clients to have a meaning life clients in daily activities, implementing care plans, and advocating for their needs within various environments. The worker ensures the safety and wellbeing of clients while fostering independence and positive behavior.
