$70,000 - $85,000 + bonus (based on experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our clients and support our advisors in delivering a high-touch client experience.   • Assist clients with online portal access, login support, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate client information, notes, and activity records within the CRM system
  • Prepare standard client reports and assist with client communications
  • Support advisors with meeting preparation, scheduling, and administrative needs
  • Assist with technology-related questions from clients and internal team members, including portal access and navigation issues
  • Maintain and support CRM systems and assist with process improvements
  • Help train team members on new technology tools, updates, and best practices

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services support, preferably in a Client Service Associate role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online client portals
  • Familiarity with wealth management platforms such as Schwab and Advyzon is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with advisors and team members
