Client Relationship Specialist

Plano, Texas | Full-Time | In-Office Position

Have you ever worked for a financial institution and are looking for a great opportunity with a growing company? HNS Recovery is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at our Plano, Texas office. This position is ideal for individuals with experience working in banking, auto finance, lending, collections, mortgage servicing, credit unions, or other financial institutions who excel at building relationships, managing accounts, and providing exceptional client service. Compensation $47,840 โ€“ $54,080 annually

Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely communication and exceptional service throughout the recovery process. You will work closely with clients, operations teams, and field personnel to provide updates before, during, and after vehicle recoveries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain assigned client accounts
  • Communicate recovery status updates to clients throughout the recovery process
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and field teams to ensure accurate information is provided
  • Monitor team mailbox(es), assign to appropriate Team member(s) and maintain the box in an organized fashion.
  • Review and process account documentation
  • Maintain detailed account notes and records
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with reporting, compliance, and administrative functions
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery

Qualifications

5 Years of Escalation/Customer Service

Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office. Must be computer literate with the ability to learn new software.

High School Diploma

2 or 4 Year Degree Preferred

Previous experience with a bank, credit union, auto finance company, lending institution, mortgage company, collections agency, or similar financial organization preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
