Permanent Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Role Overview

The Client Relationship Manager will take full ownership of the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing support. This role involves leading new clients through system implementation (onboarding), and ongoing services, ensuring all internal activities such as bill entry, funding requirements, and report preparation are completed. The Client Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact, driving client satisfaction, and owning the coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our system.
  • Oversee and coordinate all internal activities for each client, including bill entry and payments, funding requirements, and report preparation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling questions, escalations, and ongoing communication.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
  • Work closely with client financial teams, advisors and professional services teams.
  • Ensure all deliverables, reports, and client communications meet timelines and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsโ€”operations, technical, and billingโ€”to deliver seamless service.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in client-facing roles such as Client Service Associate or Account Manager.
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Experience with accounting, bill pay, or financial operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up, and tracking skills.
  • Willingness to learn and advance in AI and new technologies.
  • Comfortable working with a myriad of personalities and client types.
