JOB SUMMARY:

This role is in-office, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in Costa Mesa, CA. We are on the lookout for highly motivated individuals with a background in sales or customer service, coupled with excellent communication and project management skills. As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to communicate updates and expectations to clients. Collaborating closely with sales, EVSE technical support, and engineering teams, you will play a key role in tracking project completion and being the primary point of contact with our clients. Once the project is complete, you will ensure the installation remains successful by providing recommendations for upgrades, billing updates, etc. To further the business, you will also provide recommendations for charger upgrades and installations at new sites. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to immerse themselves in the EV charging and renewable energy industry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  •  Proactively provide regular project status updates, including construction-related updates. 
  •  Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while building relationships with prospective clients. 
  •  Partner with the sales team to develop proposals for additional services and installations. 
  •  Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
  •  Respond to client inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. 
  •  Promptly escalate concerns to your supervisor and collaborate with other departments to resolve project issues. 
  •  Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders. 
  •  Schedule and facilitate regular client meetings, make time-sensitive phone calls, and provide email updates. 
  •  Guide clients through contracts, diagrams, documentation, and new procedures. 
  •  Following project completion, ensure successful installations by providing billing recommendations, conducting market research, and routing concerns to the appropriate departments. 
  •  Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. 
  •  Perform additional duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

●        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field 
●        1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field
●        Demonstrates a keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary
●        Dedicated to achieving excellence - consistently performs duties at the highest level of performance.
●        Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
●        Proficient engaging effectively with individuals at all levels, including C-level executives. 
●        Shows professional and suitable demeanor when handling sensitive information.
●        Collaborative and works effectively within a team environment.
●        Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
●        Comfortable reporting and presenting information.
●        Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
●        A track record of following through on commitments.
●        Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
