We’re seeking a Client Relationship Manager who thrives on building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Support day-to-day client needs while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across your portfolio
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Project Management teams
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation of new customers and solutions
  • Manage inventory, consumables, and print environment optimization efforts
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve performance
  • Resolve client concerns with urgency and professionalism, from investigation through resolution

What You Bring
  • Proven experience managing client relationships or customer success, preferably in technology or managed print services
  • Strong project management experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Confidence interacting with stakeholders, including executive-level clients
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to build trust and strengthen long-term client partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
