Target Range:

$90,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 17.5%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 17.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The VP, Relationship Manager is responsible for originating, developing, and managing highnetworth and fiduciary client relationships across trust, estate, and related deposit solutions. This role is focused on new business development, deepening existing client relationships, and delivering a hightouch client experience in partnership with internal trust, fiduciary, and banking teams.
This position is ideal for a selfstarter with strong relationshipbuilding skills, a proven ability to source new business, and the aptitude to quickly learn trust and estate products if not already specialized.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively cross-sells appropriate banking solutions to new and existing clients. Actively manages portfolio for growth, risk mitigation, referral opportunity and retention
  • Sales activity: direct calling, networking activities, outbound phone calls, e-mail, trade conferences, appropriate social media marketing
  • Proactively partners with lending teams to bid and win new operating relationships with middle market companies ($10 million plus in annual revenues)
  • Meet individual assigned sales goals of deposit generation, fee income and new relationships to the bank

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in relationship management, private banking, trust services, wealth management, or commercial banking
  • Proven track record of selfsourcing new business
  • Trust & Estate experience preferred but not required for strong relationship managers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and clientfacing skills
