FusionTek is a Managed Service Provider established in 2007, with offices located in Kirkland, WA, Federal Way, WA, Washington, DC, and Tampa, FL. Our innovative team is passionate about IT infrastructure management for small- to mid-sized businesses.

FusionTek is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build strong, long-term partnerships with our clients. This role focuses on relationship management, service delivery oversight, and identifying opportunities for account growth. You will serve as the primary advocate for your assigned clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and a seamless experience.

This position is primarily remote; however, occasional travel for client meetings or events is required. Candidates must reside in the greater Seattle area and have reliable high-speed internet access.

Here\'s what you\'ll be doing:

  • Serve as the go-to partner for your portfolio of clients, managing technical configurations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships that support retention and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and resolving recurring issues.
  • Act as the voice of the client, sharing feedback with internal teams to improve service quality.
  • Participating in weekly L10 team meetings.
  • Assess at-risk clients and develop action plans to improve satisfaction.
  • Review case studies and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
  • Update client documentation and account records.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on ongoing initiatives.
  • Conduct onsite or virtual client visits as needed.
  • Identify and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C‑suite executives.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure and server technologies.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging technology trends.
