A Brief Overview
Trinet is seeking a self-motivated individual to provide support to our high-volume client base focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. The role acts as a retention expert and influences retention outcomes for an assigned portfolio to ensure quality solutions. The individual will work collaboratively with internal partners such as Sales, Customer Experience, Pricing Strategy and Products to elevate the customer experience, ensure that all interactions and deliverables support the customer's business, and identify new business opportunities.
What you will do

  • Provides support and guidance to clients (SMBs) daily
  • This role is largely reactive with some proactive outreaches
  • This role will have larger books of business with less touch points
  • Engages in pricing and contract negotiations to secure agreement.
  • Provides on-demand touchpoint to customers to ensure satisfaction and increase breadth and depth of C-Suite relationships
  • Identifies client service opportunities and coordinates the execution of those services as appropriate.
  • Partners closely with the Customer Engagement teams for an improvement in service level
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Typically 2+ years

The salary range for this role is $63,600.00 to $128,750.00. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
