WE’RE HIRING — Office & Client Relations Coordinator


Beroli Construction is looking for a proactive, organized, and dependable professional to join our office team in Southborough, MA.


This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and taking ownership of their responsibilities. You’ll support client communication, lead follow-up, sales coordination, and day-to-day office activities while working closely with our team.


As the company continues to grow, this position also offers the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and grow within Beroli.


What we’re looking for:

- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written

- Basic conversational Portuguese preferred; bilingual English/Portuguese is a plus

- Strong organizational and follow-through skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive

- Comfortable learning new systems and processes


Experience in office administration, customer service, sales support, CRM, recruiting, or the construction industry is a plus.
