About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional client service? Join our growing PIP (Personal Injury Protection) team as a Client Support Specialist, where you’ll play an important role in helping our medical provider clients obtain timely payment from insurance carriers for services rendered under the PIP statute.

This position offers a great balance of remote work and travel—you’ll spend approximately 40% of your time visiting client sites, cultivating relationships, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Travel expenses are fully reimbursed in accordance with Firm policy.

What You’ll Do

Data Collection

  • Partner with the Client Relations team to organize and pull patient files for Demand preparation.

  • Upload patient files received via email into our Demand Central platform.

  • Contact medical providers to gather missing documentation needed for proper file completion.

  • Obtain relevant documentation for cases progressing to litigation.

  • Respond promptly to client and internal inquiries via email and phone.

  • Research new medical providers and insurance carriers to confirm accurate information.

Data Processing

  • Prepare and assemble provider files, including patient records and correspondence.

  • Review and verify demographic data entered in the Demand Management System.

  • Upload and maintain electronic documents within file management systems.

  • Ensure new providers are correctly established in both Demand and Case File Management databases.

Client Maintenance & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports and communications for distribution.

  • Review and refresh new Personal Injury client reports for Demand readiness.

  • Coordinate with the Client Experience Manager to transition new client files for ongoing support.

  • Assist in delivering reports and maintaining accuracy in client data.

  • Review monthly metrics with the Client Experience Manager to ensure precision in reporting.
