Gateway Veterinary Services is seeking a Social Content Creator to join our team. This role is well suited to a creative, people-focused individual who enjoys storytelling, social media, and contributing positively within a veterinary clinic setting.


Position Overview

The Social Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging and informative social media content that reflects Gateway Veterinary Services’ services, brand, and clinic culture. A key component of this role is creating educational content to support clients and promote the health and well-being of their animals.

In addition, this position will contribute to client relations by offering ideas and feedback aimed at continuously improving the client experience and ensuring a welcoming, positive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish social media content highlighting clinic products and services
  • Develop social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure brand consistency
  • Stay current with social media trends, internet culture, and platform-native tools
  • Share behind-the-scenes clinic moments and team activities
  • Assist in strengthening client relationships and overall client experience
  • Develop educational content to better support clients and their animals
  • Analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement) to refine strategies and report findings
  • Drive engagement on social platforms
