The successful candidate will support a high-performing Wealth Advisor managing a substantial portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for a proactive and professional individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the continued growth of a successful wealth management practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach, with a commitment to building lasting relationships and enhancing the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide support to the Wealth Advisor by:

oย ย ย  Analyzing client accounts to identify opportunities and support business development activities

oย ย ย  Delivering exceptional client service through in-person, telephone and email interactions

oย ย ย  Managing and processing client referrals

oย ย ย  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical client records

oย ย ย  Preparing and processing account applications, account updates, and monthly reports

oย ย ย  Coordinating with the dealer/back office to resolve administrative and operational issues

oย ย ย  Processing investment account transactions with accuracy and attention to detail

oย ย ย  Monitoring and following up on client applications, transactions, and service requests

oย ย ย  Contributing to client retention and acquisition through a high standard of service

oย ย ย  Ensuring compliance with regulatory, risk management, and internal policy requirements

oย ย ย  Responding to client inquiries accurately and in a timely manner

oย ย ย  Managing the advisor's calendar and overseeing wealth management correspondence and communications

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support the organization by:

oย ย ย  Promoting the organization and participating in ongoing professional development

oย ย ย  Supporting community initiatives and economic development strategies

oย ย ย  Contributing to the achievement of branch growth objectives outlined in the business plan

Qualifications:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Minimum two years of experience in a financial advisory role or related role, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Knowledge of investment and/or insurance products is considered an asset

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships while delivering a high standard of service

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills, with a professional approach to client interactions

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and comfortable working in a technology-driven environment

Flexible and occasional extended work hours, as well as travel, may be required.
