Role Overview

The Direct Hire Talent Solutions Manager (TSM) is a dual-impact role focused on permanent recruitment and account expansion across Banking, Office, Administration, and Business Operations.

Working in-office and in the field alongside assigned Client Development Managers, you will exercise independent judgment to manage the full direct-hire lifecycle - from talent sourcing and strategic matching to rate negotiations and ongoing client account management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Proactively source, recruit, and evaluate top-tier candidates for professional, office, and administrative roles.
  • Facilitate strategic matches between client requirements and candidate skill sets, managing candidates through the interview, offer, and placement phases.
  • Make critical decisions regarding candidate selection, placement fit, and employment resolution.

Client Relations & Account Growth

  • Partner with Client Development Managers to identify new sales leads, cross-sell services, and expand existing client accounts.
  • Conduct weekly local client visits to build deep relationships and understand operational goals.
  • Negotiate candidate pay rates and client bill rates to maintain competitive margins.
  • Provide consultative market insights (compensation benchmarks, hiring trends, candidate availability) to advise clients on hiring strategy.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional business experience, ideally in agency recruiting, professional sales, or account management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional sales experience within staffing or corporate sales.
  • Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of Banking, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations is preferred.
  • Sales & Communication: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills across in-person meetings, phone, video, and social channels.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Shared Drives) and modern ATS/CRM platforms.
  • Drive: Highly organized self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
