The National Client Relations Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and client satisfaction across a national portfolio. This individual will oversee 9 locations with a total headcount of approximately 45 employees, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

This is a hands-on role requiring a strong operational mindset, a client-first approach, and the ability to lead teams across multiple sites.

Compensation: Up to $120K annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across 9 locations, ensuring consistency and service excellence

  • Manage and develop a team of ~45 employees, driving performance and accountability

  • Build strong client relationships through proactive, high-touch service

  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify improvements and drive results

  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery

  • Oversee projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met

  • Partner cross-functionally to support business objectives and client needs

  • Address operational challenges quickly with effective solutions

  • Support budgeting, planning, and reporting for leadership

Travel Requirements

  • Travel required across national locations

  • Must be flexible for short-notice travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5+ years in operations, client relations, or service leadership

  • Prior outsourcing or similar service-based experience required

  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
