As a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) at Ensono, you will own the delivery of high-profile hybrid cloud transformation, cloud infrastructure migration, and DevOps modernisation initiatives for enterprise clients. You will bridge technical architecture with client-facing program management, collaborating directly with Solutions Architects, DevOps/SRE teams, Security leads, and Client Executives to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Technical Delivery & Roadmap Management

·         Program Execution: Lead end-to-end technical programs involving cloud adoption, AWS/Azure infrastructure migration, CI/CD pipeline automation, and identity integration.

·         Architecture Alignment: Work with Ensono Solutions Architects and Client Technical Leads to translate complex technical architectures into detailed execution plans and work breakdowns.

·         Scope & Tradeoffs: Manage scope creep, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and negotiate technical requirements directly with enterprise clients and internal engineering pods.

2. Risk, Dependency & Governance Management

·         Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify architectural bottlenecks, cross-team dependencies, third-party vendor risks, and critical path blockers.

·         Client Communications: Facilitate technical steering committee meetings, executive status updates, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for C-level stakeholders.

·         Metrics & SLA Governance: Define and track program KPIs, delivery milestones, team velocity, SLA compliance, and migration deadlines.

3. Enterprise Process & Agile Governance

·         Agile Integration: Establish and optimize Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices tailored to client-specific delivery models.

·         Vendor & Third-Party Coordination: Oversee cross-vendor workstreams (e.g., software vendors, security auditors, managed service teams) to ensure unified milestone delivery

Key Skills & Qualifications

·         8–12+ years of Technical Program Management experience in Managed Services (MSP), IT Consulting, or Cloud Managed Solutions.

·         Deep familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Azure), Hybrid IT setups, DevOps CI/CD, Containerization (EKS/Kubernetes), and Managed Services delivery models.

·         Hands-on mastery of Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).

·         Strong client-facing demeanor with proven experience managing enterprise client relationships and executive stakeholders.

·         Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

·         Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Practitioner, PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist.

·         Prior technical background as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Specialist, or Systems Architect.

·         Experience with enterprise cloud migration frameworks, mainframe-to-cloud modernization, or ITIL ITSM processes.
