Position Summary

The Sr. Program Manager, Professional Services, will be responsible for overseeing long and short-term strategic and tactical planning, as well as the day-to-day activities required to support the assigned verticals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and management to the personnel and programs that support the assigned vertical.
  • Monitor and direct teams to meet and exceed revenue growth targets through knowledge of the clients' contracting processes, budget cycles, and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee client communications to ensure regular, active contact with active and prospective clients (e.g., new product rollouts, innovation/product roadmaps, upgrades, events/activities, etc.).
  • Oversee and manage technical and programmatic resources, spend plans, and program execution for project engagements to ensure Contiem meets client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Track and report on monthly revenue forecasts and actuals within assigned verticals, including committed and uncommitted contract actions.
  • Handle client escalations with professional maturity and a solutions-based approach.
  • Work with Sales to respond to Sales queries, proposals, and new client opportunities. This may include assisting with developing proposals or playing an active role in the sales process.
