What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EMS customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Lead programs from New Product Introduction through production ramp and ongoing customer support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to meet aggressive production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Develop and manage detailed build plans and material strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Facilitate Customer Focus Team meetings to align resources, resolve challenges, and drive program success
  • Monitor and report critical performance metrics including delivery performance, cost management, quality indicators, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Optimize inventory management, support demand forecasting, and proactively reduce supply chain risks
  • Lead change management processes and ensure seamless cross-functional communication
  • Support financial forecasting, backlog analysis, and monitor accounts receivable and tariff implications
  • Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Identify and develop additional sales opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Partner with sales teams to develop compelling proposals, quotes, and program expansion strategies
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value and reduce operational costs
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
  • 1+ years of program management experience in any industry
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strategic mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or similar technical manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of PCBA, box build, and electronic product lifecycles
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Understanding of sales processes, value propositions, and account development strategies
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-610, AS9100, ITAR, or RoHS
