Purpose of Position


Our Client Program Coordinator supports our staff and clients. Client Program Coordinator is involved with the clients served at the agency from entrance to discharge ensuring client data is correct, clean, and updated in all systems in order to submit authorizations and keep current.


The applicant should have a working knowledge of the mental health field as CTSF is a mental health agency.

Specific Duties:

  • Provide field administrative support to clinical staff
  • Communicate with our clients on program updates and notify them of upcoming assessments
  • Resolve client concerns in a timely manner
  • Manage client and buffers regarding updating any pertinent information needed to submit authorization
  • Ensure accuracy of all client data submitted to MCO’s
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for client program improvements both internally and externally.

Education/Experience

Some college preferred but high school diploma or GED required

  • Self-starter, proactive problem-solver, and critical thinker
  • Must have knowledge of the mental health field 
  • Ability to multi-task and organize work to consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office application skills (especially Word and Excel; Access is bonus) and Google applications (docs, sheets, calendar, drive, etc.)
  • Experience in customer service support role
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search
  • Successfully meet pre-employment background screen
