IT Program Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC ( Not more than 45 miles)
( 3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Note: Client is looking for Project Manager, Financial management, Budget , Budgeting, Report, Reporting and change management with Banking clients experience is mandatory, financial forecasting/management.
Financials/Project Manager will be part of the Global Technology Operations team supporting Global Financials Crimes Technology in financial forecasting/management.
The Project Managers duties will include the following key responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage financial forecast and variances
โ€ข Create, maintain, and execute project plans
โ€ข Integrate with project, technology, and business partners to manage the projects and be proactive in gathering status updates from partners, while minimizing impact
โ€ข Execute on Enterprise Change Management requirements
โ€ข Facilitate communication, influence, and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain agreement between partners
โ€ข Establish and provide supporting documentation for governance routines
โ€ข Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
โ€ข Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
โ€ข Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
โ€ข Knowledge of software development lifecycle
โ€ข Strong knowledge of financial principles
โ€ข Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team solve problems.
โ€ข Excellent communication and collaboration skills analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations /reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
