◾Educate union and credit union members on the value of life insurance and basic financial literacy

◾Conduct virtual client meetings using warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)

◾Provide tailored coverage recommendations that meet each family's needs

◾Build and manage your own client portfolio with guidance from experienced mentors

◾Track performance and progress using our internal systems and support tools

◾Represent the values of Service Over Sales, putting clients’ well-being first

◾Participate in incentive programs, team competitions, and leadership summits

◾At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

◾Able to pass a background check

◾Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom and digital tools

◾Motivated to learn, grow, and help others

◾Strong communicator with an interest in finance, education, or social impact
