Position Summary:
You will be responsible for managing timelines, providing clear and concise communication, and organizing in-person and virtual events. You will need to deliver projects on time and within scope, and will serve as the main point of contact for all internal project stakeholders as well as clients. You should be a highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a deadline-driven environment, as well as be adept at problem-solving, critical-thinking, and conflict resolution.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage projects involving multiple team members representing different departments throughout the company, assuming overall ownership of client program success and execution
  • Manage client relationships through focused attention to detail, team leadership, concise communications, and a sense of urgency
  • Ensure projects are within scope and budget and remain on time
  • Maintain a comprehensive program tracking report to share with clients and internal teams on the status of their live events
  • Manage project kickoff, planning, and status meetings and provide ongoing updates to the project team and clients related to program goals, next steps, and status
  • Ensure delivery of all meetings in accordance with regulatory and client-defined compliance guidelines
  • Coordinate the meeting materials and provide logistics oversight, whether being onsite for content present in-person, or online for content presented virtually
Who You Are:
  • Comfortable in a highly deadline-driven environment, and able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to rapidly shifting priorities
  • Resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, smart communicator, and a problem-solver
  • Someone who has the ability to cover occasional evening or weekend events, and travel, as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Minimum of two years' progressively responsible project and process management experience required; within the healthcare environment or medical education environment strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in executing live or virtual events, ranging from small to midsize programs with a focus on pharmaceutical, non-accredited, promo events
  • Ability to travel ~40% of the time and cover occasional evening/weekend events.

Comp. range: $68,000 - $80,000

Bonus Eligible:
This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
