Overview

We're hiring an Account Executive in a temporary contract role (through December 2026). This role is a modern marketing leader who helps brands show up effectively across both brand-building and performance-driven channels. This role combines strong account management fundamentals with a deep understanding of today's social, digital, and media landscape - bringing together creative, media, production, and client teams to deliver work that is culturally relevant, strategically sound, and built to drive results. As the day-to-day client lead, this person oversees integrated campaigns from concept through execution, turning real-time social insights into immediate, high-impact brand actions that resonate in the moment.

The ideal candidate also brings curiosity for culture, consumer behavior, and emerging trends, helping teams and clients stay connected to what's happening in the marketplace and identifying opportunities for brands to show up in meaningful ways. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day client lead, overseeing integrated marketing programs from strategy through execution
  • Act as a key client contact, managing project expectations, deliverables, timelines, and communications
  • Partner with Creative, Production, Media, and Strategy teams to develop and bring ideas to life across channels
  • Manage ways to bring ideas to life across departments, gaining support and ownership from stakeholders to execute programs on time and on budget
  • Capitalize on social trends in real-time, ensuring brand relevance is maintained through rapid, informed action and agile content execution
  • Monitor emerging cultural, social, and consumer trends, identifying opportunities that may influence brand strategy, creative development, or activation planning
  • Partner closely with media and strategy teams to ensure programs are informed by current audience behaviors and platform dynamics
  • Identify opportunities across paid, owned, earned, social, influencer, and digital channels to strengthen campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure creative work is developed according to project objectives, deliverables, and client expectations
Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or integrated agency environments
  • Experience managing campaigns across social, digital, paid media, traditional, and integrated marketing channels
  • Working knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and programmatic/media fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to connect cultural trends, consumer behavior, and marketplace dynamics to marketing opportunities
  • Strong client management, project management, and team leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

 Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $80,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
