Job Overview

Human Resources Consultant โ€“ responsible for providing HR expertise, resolving client issues, recommending best practices, and delivering training for ADPโ€™s large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues related to ADPโ€™s HR and payroll products.
  • Communicate with clients to manage expectations, set priorities, and follow up promptly.
  • Recommend solutions, share best practices, and educate clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Located in the Miami, FL area; requires hybrid work (remote 2 days, office 3 days).
  • 5โ€“8 years of professional consulting or systems-related experience.
  • 5โ€“8 years of customer service or HR experience with demonstrable results.
  • A college degree is a plus but not required; acceptable alternative experience includes military experience.
