Role Overview
The Client Partner - Healthcare is responsible for owning and expanding strategic relationships across key accounts in the healthcare domain, with a focus on long-term value creation, revenue growth, and solution expansion. This role is suited for a consultative sales leader with deep healthcare experience and a proven ability to shape complex deals and position technology-led transformation solutions across payers, specialty pharmacy, PBM, and health services organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong growth & expansion mindset and a proven record of managing and growing complex enterprise healthcare accounts.
The ideal candidate combines a strategic growth mindset with strong industry relationships, capable of expanding existing partnerships while identifying adjacent opportunities across specialty pharmacy, payer, and healthcare ecosystems.
This role partners closely with executive leadership to shape account strategy, industry positioning, and long-term healthcare growth initiatives. This role also helps define account operating models, aligning delivery, solutioning & industry strategy to drive sustainable growth. This role will help clients navigate AI-driven transformation, data modernization, and emerging agentic operating models that shift healthcare organizations from traditional service delivery toward intelligent, automation-enabled ecosystems including AI-enabled automation, intelligent operations, and data modernization initiatives across specialty pharmacy and payer environments.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous growth environments, is comfortable operating at the executive level, and balances strategic thinking with hands-on account leadership.
Primary Success Outcomes
• Partner with Sales to shape and expand strategic opportunities originating from existing relationships and ecosystem partnerships.
• Establish executive relationships across specialty pharmacy, PBM, and payer ecosystems.
• Drive pipeline growth aligned with Motivus AI & digital engineering offerings.
• Expand footprint into both new strategic accounts as well as several existing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic account leader responsible for long-term relationship growth, executive engagement, and expansion planning across assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Own and steward strategic healthcare accounts with accountability for revenue growth, delivery alignment, and relationship depth.
  • Act as the primary executive interface with senior client stakeholders across business, technology, and clinical functions.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling digital, engineering, analytics, and AI/ML services.
  • Lead account strategy, pipeline development, forecasting, and governance.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, VP Clinical, VP Specialty Pharmacy, Digital Transformation leaders).
  • Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and product teams to shape client-specific value propositions.
  • Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with client executives and decision-makers.
  • Represent the client internally, ensuring alignment and strategic investment across internal functions.

Required Profile
  • 7-15 years of experience in healthcare technology services, client partnership, or enterprise sales roles.
  • Established network across healthcare providers, payers, or specialty pharmacy organizations preferred.
  • Experience working with specialty pharmacy, PBM, infusion, or rare disease ecosystems strongly preferred.
  • Deep domain expertise and executive-level relationships within the healthcare space.
  • Proven track record in account growth, MSA expansion, and enterprise relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, data platforms, regulatory environments, and healthcare operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and client success.
  • Deep relationships within the South Central healthcare ecosystem (Memphis, Dallas, Nashville corridor) strongly preferred.
