Job description

Hello from RE Partners!
Who We Are: We are a fast growing business and technology consultant company co-founded in 2019. We offer a custom-tailored, white-glove engineering service fit for our clients, because a digital transformation is more than just technology. With a successful track record of being a preferred vendor for Fortune 500 companies and as a trusted partner for some of the industry's leading companies, our global talent has helped many clients achieve their goals.
The 3 G's of RE:

Client Partner - Healthcare
RE Partners is seeking a Client Partner - Healthcare to drive new business growth across healthcare. This role is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating position responsible for originating, closing, and expanding client relationships for RE Partners consulting and delivery services.
This is not a farming-only role. We are looking for a proven seller with an existing healthcare network who can bring opportunities, open doors, and partner with RE Partners to close and deliver high-value engagements.
What You'll Do:
  • Originate New Business: Leverage your healthcare Rolodex to source and develop net-new opportunities across pharma, life sciences, healthcare providers, and healthcare technology companies.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Lead deals end-to-end-from opportunity identification and solution shaping through negotiation, close, and expansion.
  • Sell RE Partners Service Portfolio: Position RE Partners IP, consulting, engineering, and delivery capabilities to solve business-critical healthcare challenges.
  • Act as a Client Partner: Build executive-level relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, not a transactional seller.
  • Expand Accounts: Identify follow-on opportunities and grow accounts post-close in partnership with delivery leadership.
  • Partner Model: Work as a revenue partner to RE Partners, earning commissions tied directly to deals you originate and secure.

What You'll Bring:
  • Proven Healthcare Seller: 10+ years in enterprise sales, consulting sales, or client partnership within healthcare or life sciences.
  • Existing Network: A strong, active Rolodex of senior decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Heads of Digital, Technology, or Transformation).
  • New-Logo Track Record: Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing net-new healthcare business.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to sell complex services by leading with business value and outcomes.
  • Commercial Ownership: Experience carrying a quota and closing multi-six- to seven-figure deals.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating independently and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Join Our Global Team: We invite you to apply for the position at RE Partners. Join us in shaping the future of business technology consulting and transforming the way organizations thrive in a digital world. As a diverse, woman-owned global business, we pride ourselves on keeping talent happy - our 7% attrition rate speaks volumes. Bring your talented friends along and earn a referral bonus
Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
In accordance with the New York City Salary Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum salary the Company believes it would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, commissions, and/or benefits, as applicable.
