Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehab Technician to join our team at Axia Care Center in the City of Orange, NJ. As a Rehab Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our rehabilitation efforts by providing high-quality care and assistance to patients in our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:

  • Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists in patient transport.

  • Collaborate with Director of Rehabilitation and staff with department needs.

  • Assist with clerical needs as directed by Director of Rehabilitation

  • Assist with infection control and prevention measures

  • Report any changes or concerns to the patient's treatment team

  • Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure seamless care delivery
