What You'll Do
As a senior member of the HR team, you'll provide broad human resources support across multiple functional areas, including:
Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and department leaders.
Conduct and support employee relations investigations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Coach leaders through employee performance concerns, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Assist with recruiting efforts for a variety of non-provider positions, including clinical support, administrative, and front office roles.
Develop and update job descriptions.
Analyze HR data and prepare reports for executive leadership.
Perform benefits audits and support various HR compliance initiatives.
Manage special projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
Identify process improvements and recommend creative solutions.
Adapt quickly as organizational priorities evolve.

Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
Strong employee relations experience, including conducting workplace investigations.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience supporting managers with employee coaching and performance management.
Recruiting experience across a variety of professional and operational positions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, and PivotTables.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PDF software, and HRIS systems (Paycom experience is a plus).
Associate degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
