Job description

About True Ventures Group

True Ventures Group is a multi-brand healthcare holding company. Our brands include True Care, a licensed home care agency serving Medicaid and private pay clients in New York City and Westchester; POD Health, a Medicare telehealth and chronic care management platform operating in New York, Florida, and Colorado; and Andrea's Angels, a home care and IHSS provider serving Denver and Northern Colorado.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented SEO Content Specialist to write and optimize blog content across three brands: True Care, POD Health, and Andrea's Angels. In this role, you'll create engaging, conversion-focused blog posts designed to perform well in traditional search, AI Overviews, and emerging LLM-powered platforms, helping drive organic traffic and turn readers into leads.

You'll work closely with the Growth Marketing & Branding team to keep blog output aligned with each brand's SEO priorities and voice. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, a great fit for someone early in their SEO/content career who wants to build real expertise in both search fundamentals and how content shows up across newer AI-driven search surfaces.

What You'll Do

Blog Content Writing & Optimization

  • Write and edit blog posts across all three brands, following each brand's voice and content briefs
  • Optimize blog content for on-page SEO (titles, headers, keywords, internal linking)
  • Format and publish blog content in WordPress
  • Help maintain the content calendar, flagging deadlines and deliverables

SEO & Keyword Research

  • Conduct keyword research to identify blog topics and content opportunities
  • Apply SEO best practices to new and existing blog posts
  • Optimize blog content structure and language to improve visibility in AI Overviews and LLM-powered platforms
  • Support optimization of existing blog content for accuracy, relevance, and freshness
  • Stay current on how AI Overviews and LLM-powered platforms are changing how content gets discovered

Performance Tracking

  • Track basic blog performance metrics (traffic, rankings, engagement)
  • Help compile reporting on content performance for the team
  • Flag underperforming or outdated content for review

Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional partners to keep blog content on-brand and on-schedule
  • Share relevant SEO trends, tools, or AI-search developments with the team

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience writing and optimizing SEO blog or web content, with strong writing samples
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, or SEMrush
  • Comfortable learning and using WordPress (experience a plus, not required)
  • Comfortable using AI tools like Claude for content planning and drafting
  • Strong writing and editing skills across different tones/brands
  • Interest in AI Overviews, LLM platforms, and how search is evolving
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once

Nice to Have

  • Basic HTML/CMS troubleshooting skills
  • Interest in healthcare, home care, or Medicaid/Medicare
