About the Role

Job Overview

Based inBoston, the Client Service Operations Analyst will be part of the Client Service Operations (CSO) team. This role is within the larger 'Client Operations' group, which aims to foster a robust risk culture while enhancing our global support model to provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. The CSO Analyst will act as a key contact for the Client Group, working closely withGlobal Operations, Trading, Portfolio Implementation, and the broader infrastructure platformto deliver best-in-classoperational support and solutions.

This role involves collaborating with colleagues across the firm toenhance the client experience, while simultaneouslyseekingopportunities to achieve scale viaprocess optimizationand to minimize operational risk. Additionally, the analyst will provide insights and guidance toensure we find opportunities toleveragethe enterprise technology tools available. The ideal candidate willpossessa strong senseof responsibility, teamwork, and an enthusiastic approach to process improvement. This role is diverse and includes various day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and solutions to client teams by analyzing and resolving complex issues and questions
  • Work withboth internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, custodians, and global teams, to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Support specific geographies and client types (sovereign, pension, insurance,sub advisory)
  • Utilize regionalexpertiseand language skills (where applicable) to deliver support that aligns withAmericasclient regulatory expectations and market practices
  • Develop breadth of knowledge acrossinvestment strategies and market operations, enhancing the firm's ability to serve its clients effectively
  • Develop and implement effective operational solutions, policies, and procedures to deliver high-quality service to key stakeholders, supporting new products and services
  • Identifyand implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and scalability

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally withininvestment management, asset servicing /custodian banking
  • Solid understanding of capital market operations and associated regulatory requirements
  • Well-developed interpersonal,presentationand communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effectivedecision-making,problem-solvingand negotiationskills
  • Organized,self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment withrapidly changing priorities
  • Experience using productivity and Low code software tools will beadvantageous(Copilot, Power Automate, Python, High Gear, Alteryxetc.)

The base salary range for this position is:

USD 90,000 - 180,000

This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.

Base salaryis only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
