Overview

As an Operations Specialist, you'll tackle complex operational challenges and drive strategic initiatives. Your role is pivotal in enhancing processes and ensuring an outstanding client journey. This role calls for a dynamic professional ready to optimize operations and lead projects that shape our future. 

Responsibilities

  • Technology Expert: Lead in mastering and implementing advanced technology solutions, providing strategic support and technical guidance to teams and clients. 

  • Strategic Collaborator: Drive cross-functional projects with Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration, and Client Development teams, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. 

  • Process Executor: Know and deliver support on key client contractual processes 

  • Advanced Reporting: Develop and prepare complex reporting assets to support campaign execution and track performance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. 

  • Client Operations Advocate: Cultivate strategic client partnerships, advocating for their needs and delivering tailored solutions. 

  • Documentation Expert: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and resources that improve overall task efficiency and elevate team capabilities. 

Qualifications

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience in operations or a related field, particularly in client interaction and service delivery. 

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives. 

  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (Salesforce, JIRA). 

  • Aptitude for learning technical concepts, such as basic HTML knowledge 

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. 

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
